Anime hair is very much like fire. So if you want to draw anime hair it helps to think of fire while your doing it, or even trying to thicken fire so that instead of wispy flames you have thick, heavy flames.

To draw anime hair you are going to want to draw the hair as a piece instead of individual lines and strands of hair. Often anime hair for males is spiky.
