Removing links from a watch band can sometimes be difficult or challenging. If you are ready to take the links out yourself you have to know what you are doing or you can break or scratch your watch. I suggest you take it to the local jewelry shop because they are experienced and know what they are doing. They don't usually charge too much and you know it will be done right the first time. If you look in the inside of the wristband, you will see arrows. This will determine which ways the pins should be pushed out. You can get something small and pointy like a thumb tack, and push the pin in the direction of the arrow, to get the pins to come out.
