WW has a veggie soup recipe u can eat all you want. I just read a trustworthy source saying u could lose ten pounds within two weeks on it. WW seems in general the most healthy balanced and lifestyle adaptable program for weight loss.

You can lose 1-2 lbs a week, but you are more likely to keep the weight off, due to a healthier eating lifestyle as advocated by Weight Watchers.
