What are white bumps on nipples?

I have white bumps around the nipple area (not on my chest skin), and I cannot find anything for males with this. All I can find are articles about females and their pregnancies. If anyone could answer my question AND cite a source for me to read, I would highly appreciate it. P.S. The white bumps can be squeezed to release liquid, but it doesn't fully make the white disappear.

Those white bumps which are pimple-like lumps are the visible parts of all the oil glands that surround each nipple. It should not worry you not unless you notice something abnormal. You can consult a doctor for professional advice.

to answer i think more info about you is needed like what is your age, are you on any medicine, any other important history.
It can be normal but such fluid release dont sound perfect.

A condition called gynecomastia is also a possibility (hence I asked those details above). You may read http://menshealth.about.com/od/embarrassments/a/breast_men.htm

Best is to visit a doctor.

I am not on any sort of medication; I am 17 years old and in the best percentage of the BMI, etc. etc. I've never had any real problems with my body. But I will read into it, thanks!

And also, the article doesn't sound like me. They are small white bumps, no flaking of skin, and no enlargement of breasts.
