How can you get to sleep fast?
Drink a cup of chamomile tea with two bags in it. Take a hot shower and then wrap up in the blankets as warmly as possible and cover your head with a pillow. Lay absolutely still for 20 minutes and you will go to sleep.Take care! : D
Exert yourself more throughout the day
Do more during the day and make sure there are no distractions at night except music
