Sorry, but no exercise will do this. "Lower belly fat" will be the last to go. So maintain a proper diet of restricted calories and do some weight training. Decline sit-ups and hanging leg raises can help tone, but there isn't any quick answer to your desire. You can run all you want but if you put more calories in your mouth than you burn you won't really see much of change. That's reality.
As a PT I get asked this question a lot. Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce. You have to reduce BMI. Best way to accomplish this is to weight train with large muscles. Do squats, forward and side lunges, bridges and resisted "donkey kicks." These will catch the largest muscles in the body and have the most effect on metabolism. Do 30 min aerobic 3 times a week and weight train 3 days and take one day off.

I want the same thing and lost it I stopped all the unnecessary snacking and over sized meals and I try to jog as much as possible I don't always leave the house to jog or use a running or walking device I sometimes just do where ever I'm standing and what I'm dressed in
It's very easy to offer advice about reducing. However, most people are not willing to cut out of their diet 2 foods that cause such weight problems. Eliminating dairy products (especially cheese) and breads from your diet will not only make you feel better generally, but drop pounds over the first month. Easy to do forms of exercise will help you maintain a certain discipline needed to shape up and create new eating habits. There are no miracle cures and commitment is required. While you needn't drop both at the same time if you are reluctant to give up such tasty fat builders. Drop one - dairy - for example for one month. My bet is you'll lose about 6-8 pounds. That should encourage you to get serious and build your new living and eating habits. You'll be glad you did and the compliments you receive will ensure your choices. Feeling good about your first steps, research what sort of healthy food choices make sense for your lifestyle, how to cook them, where to find them. If any lifestyle choice is too complicated, we may not follow through. Vegetarian foods are easy, healthy and perfect for spring & summer try out. Good luck. DD@Phila.
transverse abdominal ex. google it runs across your lower abs leg lifts pulling belly button to spine dont do so many you turn your self against ex. build up. watch diet eat clean no boxed foods or sugar drinks.
It's not the exercise - it's what goes in your mouth. Cut out the sugar and other carbs, supplement with exercise and it'll do wonders. No diet soft drinks either - they are worse than the sugared ones!
Back in my 30's and 40's I ran 10 to 15 miles a day, I was perfect everywhere except my stomach, it still was too big. The key here is to combine exercise with less consumption of calories. That was the only thing that i NEVER got rid of my fat stomach. But I found out only half the exercise was needed MIXED with eating much less...EAT LESS BY HABIT, YOU WANT LESS, EAT MORE BY HABIT AND YOU WANT TO EAT MORE. i USE TO PIG OUT AFTER A GREAT RUN.
There is NO quick solution. You have to work hard and be patient!!! I found a great App for my phone called "My Fitness Pal" you can also access it on the web. I helped me to monitor my calories, nutritional intake, and exercises. It took me a few weeks to change my bad eating habits, but then after 3 months of proper eating and cardio-exercises, I lost 23 pounds. I feel great and full of energy, and my stomach is almost as flat as it was in my 20s.
Hi, losing belly fat can be challenging. I once had a big belly and I used to exercise focusing on my belly with not much progress. What helped me is aerobic exercises: jogging, cycling 4 times a week for 30 mins/session and 2 days of strength training (weight lifting).
Focusing on belly exercises will help to tone those muscles and help you get a six-pack but won't help you much with losing that fat.
Depending on your discipline and how bad you want it, the fastest way i did this was using P90X. It sucks, it hurts, but the more you do the more you love it. The results are amazing. I didn't even stick to their recommended diet plan, but monitored my food intake and lost a lot of weight and built muscle. Good luck in whatever you decide.
you can perform any excercise to work your abs, all you have to do is keep the lower abdominals flexed through out the duration of work out. youll feel the pull in your lower stomach especially when you work with free weights, or run.
