If your driver's license is revoked in new York state what state can you go to and get a drivers license

Nowhere. It's revoked, period.

In most cases you will not be able to obtain a license in any other state as long as it's currently revoked.

Cause someone was telling me Texas and Nevada and two other states do it

You can try calling their DMVs directly and ask, however all states are linked these days, and generally as soon as they see that it's revoked in another state, they won't issue the new one.

Not here in tx .... They may not catch it immediately if you lie..... But they'll catch it eventually and it's pretty safe to assume that lying on a state document is a crime and that they will prosecute. It does ask what other drivers licenses you've ever had in other states....
