What does it mean when a doctor says liver,spleen,pancreas and adrenal glands are unremarkable in appearance?

had testing done in emergency rm

Everything appears normal. Now they will probably do blood work depending what you are there for. Blood work tells if everything is functioning as well as it looks.

Everything seems normal, or at least not abnormal/ there is no evident change.

It means there is nothing out of the ordinary about them. they look normal.
