How can i lose 2-3 pounds in a week!

Im 5'7 1/2 and weigh 147. I weighed 145 a week ago but gained it back and i have been exercising everyday? For the past 3 days all i drank was water? I need to know how much i should be eating also. Please no hate i really need to lose this weight for a trip coming up in 5 days (counting today.)

You're not going to lose weight by only drinking water everyday. Just saying- when you decide to eat cause you're starving you're going to gain more weight. If you want to lose weight then you should be EATING 6 small meals a day. Eggs with 2 slices of turkey bacon for breakfast, mid morning snack have a chobani it's a Greek yogurt. For lunch have a grilled chicken salad or a tuna sandwich then mid afternoon snack have a protein shake with a banana or celery with peanut butter or apples and peanut butter! For dinner have lean ground beef or grilled chicken or salmon or bison with vegetables. These are all healthy foods. Switch up your diet everyday. You should be exercising at least 5 times a week. Include cardio in your exercise including running on the treadmill, or walking up hill or doing the elliptical. Then move on to some weight training either before or after your cardio whatever is more comfortable for you and make sure to Switch up your exercises everyday don't workout the same part or your body everyday either. Your body fluctuates 3-5 lbs a day. If you weigh yourself in the morning it will be a drastic difference between the middle of the day or night.

It is very unrealistic to try to lose 2-3 lbs, maybe try for 7-10 lbs instead. You wouldn't be able to see a difference on your body with 2-3 lbs anyway.

You should be doing cardio workouts for at least 30 minutes a day to lose weight. If you only drink water, you won't lose any fat, only muscle, because your body slows down your metabolism because it thinks that you are starving and wants to keep your weight up.

I would suggest eating 3-4 small meals a day, including fruits and veggies.

I lost alot of weight when I cut out carbs, maybe you should try that

Take your target weight that you want to achieve...if it's 135, add a zero. 1350 calories should be your intake. DO NOT skip meals, starve yourself, or deprive yourself of what you want. Exercise 3 times a week, 30 minutes a day. Maybe running a mile-and-a-half to two miles. Anything that involves high cardio! You'll lose those three pounds in no time....good luck!

Make sure you don't starve yourself because then you would always be tired, crabby, and thats bad for you but how to lose it I don't know.

Walk daily for about 1 hour or sometimes a little less. Secondly i have a great advise... follow this diet plan :

1 week? How about 10 lbs in 4-5 hours? Sweatshirt, then wear a black plastic bag like a shirt (cut arm and head holes), then another sweatshirt. Also, sweatpants (at least 2 pair). (or just buy a sweat suit). And do running, jumping jack's, jump rope, push ups, sit ups, etc etc. In the heat or outside if it's warm or hot. Be mindful of how you feel - dizzy, chills, sweat stops, blurred vision, shaky and/or weak could all mean severe dehydration.. drink water while exercising like this. If you start to feel those symptoms, get the bag off!!!! You may pass out... But, it's a wrestling trick from high school. We used to drop multiple weight classes the day before a tournament.

Eat vegetables, lean meat , and no carbohydrates. 6 - 8 hours of sleep. You can also check the diet of ramp models. They have this diet that keeps their body fit.

Right, except the part about no fats.. Eating animal fat will teach your body that it doesn't need to store fat.. It will learn to feed off of the straight animal fat that you're feeding it.
