How can i lose 2-3 pounds in a week!
Im 5'7 1/2 and weigh 147. I weighed 145 a week ago but gained it back and i have been exercising everyday? For the past 3 days all i drank was water? I need to know how much i should be eating also. Please no hate i really need to lose this weight for a trip coming up in 5 days (counting today.)
