My stomach has been hurting for about two days , I feel like I'm about to throw up , I'm having diarrhea too. What is this ?

There is a virus going around. It could be that. If your waiting a day or two to see your doctor, you might try what I do. I sip sprite, nibble a piece of cracker, then when I feel a little better, I eat a little bit of ckicken noodle soup. Water cramps your stomach and cause's vomiting, and more diarrhea. You need the sprite or 7-up.
I hope you feel better soon, and I hope I don't catch it from you.

Sounds like the flu or some nasty bug. It goes right through an entire family. Two of my family members got it this week. All you can do is rest and take a pain pill if you have sore joints.
If it last longer than a few days tho, call your dr.

This sounds a lot like food poisoning to me. I would call your doctor just to be safe. Another thing is a stomach ulcer.
Those can cause a lot of discomfort, nausea when eating even. Diarrhea though is not seen in stomach ulcers as far as my knowledge goes. I would let a doctor know, if I were you.

Hope this helps! Try to stay away from acidic foods until you're seen by a doctor. Those can only hurt your stomach more. (Oranges, Candy, etc)

Aids. I'm kidding of course. Check with your doctor. Ask.com is no place to ask this. No one on here can diagnose you properly because they can't physically see you. Ask a doctor
