I filed chapter 13 almost a year ago, I have stayed current on my bills. I can't pay this months mortgage what can I do

If for some reason you can not make your mortgage payment this month you should call and talk to your lender about it. I'm sure that if you have been current on everything they will work with you. Don't just ignore it because that will make the lender think that you are not reliable.
