Should i let my 6 year old go see Woman in Black? i mean she looks like she's 13 so she should get 2 c a pg. 13 movie right?!

Oh CHEESE AND CRACKERS!!! What kind of mother are you? Did it completely escape your grasp that a 6 year old is A 6 YEAR OLD!!! At that age they should be watching the G rated cartoons and kid shows. Who cares if you think she looks 13...SHE IS 6...and she needs a mom with a brain.

Wonder if she's wearing make up yet. I haven't seen a 6 yr old look 12 or 13 yet unless they're kids in pageant shows. That's with make up and crap.

I've been back on the road for 3 weeks now! Most days my shoulder screams louder than a colicky baby, but it's coming along. The biggest problem I'm having is dealing with the "flashbacks" which I guess is the whole PTSD thing the therapist was talking about. All in all it's getting better, and I'm very happy to be "back in the saddle"!

Glad you're doing better. Been worried about you. And I'm sure a lot of others are sending up prayers. Just think where you were couple months ago and where you are today. Glad that you're "back in the saddle " again. Bet it feels good.

I do not think that you should let your six year old see 'Woman in Black'. This is because the movie is not meant for kids below 13 years. The movie is classified under the horror genre and this could scare her.

im 14 and it even freaked me out a little, which is saying a lot. so dont be taking a child that young.

Maybe a better question is WHY should your 6 yr old learn that its ok to be dishonest? A PG rating suggests that a 6 yr old is considered too young for that particular film, plus she won't be 12 for another 6 years. These movies are given ratings for a reason, lerobinson1997.

It's not about how old the child looks its about how a six year old processes info versus the way a thirteen year old would. I've never seen the movie, but they have the rating system for a reason. Hire a sitter. Go by yourselves. She can see it when she is older.

Kwan I completely agree! Geez... I wouldn't be broadcasting that my child looked 13 at 6 even if she did... This mom is nuts.... I don't see how it's even possible for a 6 year old child to look 13... But if it was possible, as a mom, I damn sure would be doing everything I could to make her look her real age! This mom is setting her child up for failure by indulging in all this...

no way are you crazy when i was 6 harry potter scared me to death and women in back is alot worse soo no way!i just turned 15 and watched scared me but didnt freak me out but i wouldnt recommand anyone under the age of 13 watching it

Are you out of your mind? Letting a six year old watch that kind of movie, thats crazy. I have a 6 year old daughter and I don't see where yours looks 13. Act like a mother and don't take that baby to see that movie. You will scare her and she will have nightmares. Get a babysitter or just wait till it comes out on DVD. That's what the rest of us responsible parents are gonna do. Smh!!
