NO junk food. If you go to a restaurant, get something like a salad with low fat dressing or some healthy soup. Set goals for how many calories you want to eat a day, drink 8 glasses of water, and get PLENTY of fruits and vegetables. Have only two healthy snacks a day. Something like fruit, yogurt, nuts, etc. And don't forget exercise! I hope I have helped a little :) Good luck!
You can never lose weight by just eating alone. Every meal you have you gain calories. The only way to lose weight is to BURN more calories then you consume. Exercise. Eating right will help but again, eating doesn't BURN CALORIES! Good Luck.
