Ive found several foods that are healthy and boast your metabolism, but i need some help here. what are some foods to help lose weight?

this is the list i already have:
ginger
cayenne
cinnamon
vinegar
black pepper
mustard seed
turmeric
pears
nuts frozen grapes blueberries or bananas
lentils
almond butter
pomegranates
grapefruit
raspberries
lemon/lime juice
