exercise is great! and try and eat healthier. this will also make your skin nice a pretty and you'll feel more energetic. waters great!

Many people believe toning the thigh area will decrease the size of your thighs. This is false; and the best way to decrease fat content is by exercise. If you don't exercise regularly, I recommend it. Start by walking and have a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, grains, and protein. Eliminate sodas, sugars, and bad carbs from your daily intake. Slowly increase your exercise to everyday fast paced walks of 30min to 45min. When that becomes easy, jog, jump rope, or find a great sport. Motivation is the key.

If you feel that by changing your behavior, you still haven't achieved thigh reduction, then I recommend getting Zerona on your thighs. It's a low level laser that does not help you lose weight, but instead contours your body by removing inches off any region of the body. The Zerona is safe and there's no down time. What it does is melts your fat cells and releases the fat into your lymphatic system. The Zerona does not remove fat cells, but decreases their size.
