Many people believe toning the thigh area will decrease the size of your thighs. This is false; and the best way to decrease fat content is by exercise. If you don't exercise regularly, I recommend it. Start by walking and have a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, grains, and protein. Eliminate sodas, sugars, and bad carbs from your daily intake. Slowly increase your exercise to everyday fast paced walks of 30min to 45min. When that becomes easy, jog, jump rope, or find a great sport. Motivation is the key.
