Is there any particular reason why I would bruise as easily as I do? Or is it just one of those things?

Anemia could be a reason.. Not enough iron in your diet can cause you to bruise easily & can make you unusually tired. You need a blood test to determine this.

You may want to be checked for anemia, it can cause people to bruise easily.
