How do you enter a pet in the SC State Fair?

I want to enter a guinea pig into the S.C. State Fair (South Carolina State fair) How on earth do I do it? Does it cost money? Can I do it online?

To enter a pet in the SC State Fair, you need to ensure that your pet is approved. You also have to fill out a registration form and pay $5.00 cash.
