What is the best place for camping in Pennsylvania or New Jersey for 7 people?

It would be good if the campsite is near shore or some place where you can do boating, hiking etc. Also water/electric hook-up is required and alcohol should be allowed. It would be great if all 7 people can be together on 1 site or 2 adjacent sites.

Some popular places for camping in New Jersey for about seven people are Bass River State Forest Campground Camping, Allaire State Park Campground Camping, and High Point State Park Campground Camping. Also, some camp sites in Pennsylvania are Beaver Meadows Campground Camping, Bald Eagle State Park: Primitive Campground Camping, and Hickory Run State Park Campground Camping.

Pennsylvania has a lot of great State Parks. You can hike in the Alleghanies, which is in central PA. The Northwest area of the state has lots of mountain regions. The South-central area has all of the Dutch areas with lots of campgrounds and country roads. Call 1-888-PA-PARKS for more info on reservations and such.

In Pennsylvania I am partial to Yellow Creek. You can camp seven and I love the water and atmosphere of the place. In New Jersey I find Cape May a really nice place. You will find many camp grounds there that sleep seven and you will have the time of your life.
