What does it mean when your hair is always really staticky

my hair is always really staticky, and my friend told me that means its really healthy. I don't straighten or curl it too much, but maybe once a week or less. does it mean something about my health or does it mean my hair is healthy, or not??

It is just static electricity...same as what causes your clothes to cling to you, mostly in the winter. Most conditioners ease this problem. There is also a product called "Static Guard"...made for your clothes but a little spritz on your hair brush gets rid of that fly-away look.

Just condition it. It should help.

My hair has been getting like that as well. It is because of the dryness in the winter air. Just use conditioner after shampooing or leave-in conditioner or both.

"Static Guard" is a spray made for getting the static electricity out of clothes. If you spray just a tiny bit on your hair brush it solves the hair thingy too. I can't live without it in the winter.

You use too much shampoo, just use a quarter size amount of shampoo, and yes, your hair is healthy. EXTRA ADVICE: When you use shampoo, just use it at the roots of your hair, otherwise when you use conditioner use it at the ends of your hair.
