Is 21 wks pregnant too soon for my fiance to feel the baby kick? Im almost positive thats what it was but could it have been something else?

At 21 weeks he should feel it move and kick. It would be fun for your fianc? to move his hand around and guess what he felt. Congratulations to you both!
