Ok so why does my body ache, neck hurt and voice hurt when i talk?

so yesterday i was at the mall & my voice started to hurt when i talked then in my car my head hurt a lot and when we went to dinner i was fine but after we went my head hurt again! at winco my head was hot and it hurt and after that i fell asleep in the car and felt better but when i woke up all those things happened again today except the head ache. my body and voice still hurt. HELP!

This could be an issue of repetitive strain injury (RSI), whiplash, arthritis, ruptured disk or even spinal stenosis. These are all symptoms that could be accumulated from you sitting positions or stress related issues. You should stretch your neck and also get a massage. If those two do not work visit a doctor to analyze what the issue might be.
