I eat the amount of food needed to be healthy, but i always feel hungry. why?

i eat a lot through out the day, but im always feeling hungry and no matter how much i eat i still feel hungry. please help me!!

The question is, what do you eat? To keep from being hungry, maybe you need to eat more protein (lean meats, eggs and tuna) and whole grains and try as much as possible to avoid sugar and white starch.

Me too! It sort of comes in waves though and it's sort of annoying bc I'll eat something and then in like ten minutes I'll be hungry again!

It really depends on the type of food you are eating. You could be eating very healthy good food, but it may not be food that truely fills your stomach up. Try eating some foods with high carbs (maybe once a day) that will really fill you up.

You say you eat the proper amount of food to be healthy but the proper amount of food you should consume Is contingent upon how active you are and your physical condition.

It could be what you eat your diet still needs it's fat and sugar but your might not getting the amounts right or your bored or it could be stress
