Well it depends on who you talk to. I have talked to a good friend of mine who happens to be a dentist and he says that chewing gum can in fact be good for your teeth to an extent. Gum creates saliva that can wash away particles of food and also bacteria from your teeth but it has to be chewed till all the sugar is out of the gum. Chewing gum can also be bad for you if you chew it too often causing cavities and if it has too much sugar, obesity. You can try sugar free gum but that contains Aspartame which is a form of sweetener that can cause slow death.
