Why can you only answer so many questions, and then it makes you wait for 15 mins?

Why does ask.com make you wait 15 minutes after answering so many questions.

We originally put in the throttling to prevent spam and trolls from taking over the site. However, I am aware that it is a bit over sensitive and it is something we are working on. Please bear with us in the mean time.
