Can i sue my employer for not paying me proper salary? or delaying my payment?

Report as

You can if they are under paying you on your hourly rate/salary as long as you have some sort of agreement on what the pay is meant to be. If they are with holding your pay for no reason you can probably sue for that too. Do everything you can without going to court & get some legal advice.

Thanks seatrish... @H, seek legal advice so you're sure of your rights before you stir the pot. I doubt your employers will be happy, however, that's not your problem you are entitled to proper payment.

You cant sue them but there is a hefty fine they have to pay if they dont pay you on time, i would check with your lawyer or CPA for clarification though.
