What does it mean when you have sharp pain in your upper left arm?

I'm not an adult or anything, but I've been having VERY sharp, excruciating pain in my upper left arm when I move the whole arm a certain way, pick things up with it, or hold myself up. I have no idea what's wrong and I can't go to a doctor. Anyone have anything?

It could be heart attack if particularly the pain comes on suddenly and is brutal or if it is accompanied by chest pain or pressure in the chest. You should protect yourself by knowing all symptoms of heart attack by seeking emergency medical care.

-_- Like I said, I'm not an adult. I've been having the arm pain for about two months and it started out as just subtle but now it's getting a lot worse to where I can't even pick up a pen. And it comes with no other pain, it's just my upper left arm.

It's not a heart attack. It could be a strain or sprain in either case, rest, apply heat/ice and ibuprofen. If not better in a few days, you should see a doctor. Hope you feel better soon.
