You need to have break times for your muscle. Give your muscles a day to regain itself and form bigger muscle cells. Eat a better meal, or eat an apple when you wake up to get instant energy. Remember to swap your routine every other week so you don't have muscle memory.
Maybe your tired when you wake up because of lack of nutrients.Eat some fresh vegetables and fruits,I think it will help you.If you exercise regularly but don't eat properly,then all your hard works is none sense.
