You need to build lean muscle. Lunges, squats for the front of the thigh, and leg curl machine and light stiff -legged dead lifts for the back of the thighs. Finally do 30 minutes stairmaster at the end. Combine with a healthy diet and the cellulite will go away. Im a personal trainer.
