What Does Rusty Radiator Fluid Mean ?

It depends on if you have an aluminum or steel radiator. If your radiator is aluminum, your block or other internal engine parts are rusting. If it's a steel radiator then maybe your radiator too. Anti-freeze is anti-corrosive so you must flush your whole cooling system and install the proper mixture of coolant. This should stop the corrosion.
