How badly can sleeping 4 hours every night hurt me?

With a healthy exercise routine and healthy foods, you should be fine. Unless you feel yourself being fatigued by your lack of sleep, it should be good.

But you should get more sleep. It's necessary for your body to be functioning correctly, and can screw up your memory.

Oh man.. It sure can. I only got 5hrs sleep last night & I am hardly functioning. I don't recommend it.
