Where can i get a tattoo @ 15 in orlando, florida

i want to get a tattoo for my 15th birthday and was wondering if there are any shops that will tattoo me at 15 yo

Maybe with parental consent any shop will do one depending on the laws in Florida. But If they won't you need to find an underground artist or a friend to do it for you.

You would be surprised what ya can do with blow drier motor, pen, and a guitar string.
