Firstly you have to plug your iPad into Computer and open a iTunes .
After that you can locate a iPad on the left side of the screen and click to the "device" menu .
Then right click on the name of iPad and click to the recover files and select a summary option which is inside a dialog box .
After that place a check mark next to the "Encrypt iPad Backup".
Now you have to enter a password and click to the set Password .
Then plug your iPad into Computer and choose a 'edit" option .
Now you can recover deleted videos from Apple iPad .

You can be able to recover your documents from the iPad, as long as the original data is not overwritten. The best way to do this is by using data recovery software, such as iDisksoft Data Recovery. The software allows you to recover deleted photos, music and video files. Go to www.idisksoft.com/index.html for more information.

Though iPad uses quite a different storage mechanism like another Apple products, still you can recover deleted or lost data (such as notes, videos, photos etc) with a third party specific iPad data recovery software called Tenorshare iTunes Data Recovery. I used it to recover deleted photos and notes from my iPad 2 and it worked. Give it a shot! You can find it here: http://www.any-data-recovery.com/topics/mobile-devices/ipad-recovery.html
Good luck!

Depending on the video, they might be able to re-download it if it was purchased from the iTunes Store. Users can re-download TV Shows and Music Videos for free as many times as they want. Users cannot re-download Movies for free. Then again, if the video wasn't downloaded from the iTunes Store, it won't matter anyway since it is completely lost.

So, have you accidentally deleted them from your iPad? I did the same thing a couple weeks a go. Here is the solution I found:
http://www.recovery-android.com/recover-files-on-ipad.html
If you have back up your videos, you can restore from the backup.
If you have no backup for your data on iPad, iPad Data Recovery software is your last shot! I used iPad Data Recovery and it worked well. Give it a shot!
