This is a simple easy recipe for chicken and dressing. You will need 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces, 1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 package stove top dressing or your own. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the chicken chunks in the dish and cover them with Swiss cheese. In a bowl mic together the soup and milk. Now spread this on top of the cheese. In another bowl mix the melted butter and stuffing mix and sprinkle that on top of the soup mixture. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Then remove the cover and bake 10 more minutes to brown the top.
