I am an aesthetician/manicurist. Spent 35 years in business. Taught myself to quilt and sew. Paint in oils, acrylics.

SKIN CARE

Wash face morning and night. (In the morning because your skin rejuvinates itself as you
sleep, producing oils, at night to wash off make up and oils)

Apply a toner (toner's have the ability to bring the PH level of our skin back to normal) Get a cotton ball, soak it with water, squeeze out the excess water, then squirt the toner into the cotton ball. This helps you from using up all your toner.

Apply moisturizer. Oil free for those of you who are real oily. Don't skip this step just because you have oily skin, as your face will produce more oil in an attempt to get moisture!

Twice a month do this:

After cleansing your skin (no toner yet).
Use a gentle scrub, then use a mask. Clay masks for those with oily skin, and a hydrating mask for those with dry skin.

Use the toner, moisturizer.
