There are two possible reason why your dog this way:1. He wants to dominate those dogs that he humps on.2. Itching or irritation in the genital area. Humping on the grounds of dominating is not good, you have to distract him without being harsh with him. Teach him some basic commands like sit, stand, fetch etc, you can also teach some tricks and reward him when he obeys you, buy some chew toys for him. Whereas Humping on the grounds of itching and irritation in the genital area is extremely bad, so you might just have to take him to a vet.
