    Pour a small amount of oil in a ceramic or other non-porous container. Place a pure-cotton makeup remover pad in the oil, and allow the pad to completely absorb the oil.

  2. Place saturated pad beneath bottom lashes

    With your eyes closed, position the soaked pad underneath the bottom lash. Blink a few times so that the oil seeps into all the lashes, pressing gently if necessary to coat upper lashes. Leave on for up to 30 seconds.

  3. Wipe off dissolved mascara from lashes

    Gently remove the loosened mascara with the pad until the eye is clean. Follow with your favorite facial cleanser.
