Each year, McDonald's employees are required to certify that they will abide by the Standards of Business Conduct. Employees also receive regular training on business conduct standards, anti-bribery laws, other laws pertinent to their job functions, government regulations and company policies. Mcdonald's also has its own internal Global Anti-Corruption Policy. The Board of Directors is required to abide by the Director Code of Conduct, which is also posted on the companies' website. This policy requires Directors to act in the interest of the shareholders, deal honestly and fairly and comply with all laws.
