It is home to some of the most experienced and cutting-edge hair salons and celebrity stylists specializing in color. The following are just a few of the many color specialists you can find in The Big Apple.

Sharon Dorram at Sally Herschberger

Sharon Dorram's signature color styling is natural and dynamic. She is one of the premiere colorists in the field and is a master of blending and shades. She is known for finding the perfect shade for each of her clients. However, the best of anything comes at a steep price and a master colorist in New York is no exception. The salon is located at 17 East 17th street in Manhattan.

Rita Hazan

Rita Hazan, and her salon, is known for immaculate hair coloring and highlights. Hazan specializes in corrective color treatments and only works with color. But while at the salon you can get a haircut and styling. Her single process color ranges from $100-$250, while highlights or double process color can be anywhere between $250 and $750. Arrojo Studio
