Cutest Designer Backpacks for Fall

While it may be difficult for some of the more fashionable women out there to fathom sporting a designer backpack as a cute style option this fall, many top designers hope they'll be doing exactly that. It's become increasingly common to find women wearing high end backpacks around in recent seasons, and it's also much healthier for one's back than going with a heavy tote or shoulder bag. Read on to learn about some of the cutest designer backpacks for this fall.

Kimchi Blue Printed Backpack

This one is a very affordable designer backpack, as it now sells at Urban Outfitters for only $35, far below its $49 original price. The backpack has a cool black and green paisley print and is made out of a soft yet durable canvas. You'll find faux leather trim in brown with a fully lined body, as well as zippered froth pockets and two snap side pockets with magnets. On the inside, you'll discover a small organizing pouch and another zip pocket for your valuables. The back has a small drawstring closure at the top with adjustable shoulder straps and a heavy bottom panel as well.

LeSportsac Brilliant Sparkle Voyager Backpack

This option is a flashier backpack that sells at Shopbop for $120. The bag has a metallic nylon body with a LeSportsac logo print trimming on the front pocket, which zips up for a secure fit. You'll find buckle closures on each of the side pockets and a drawstring stay on the main pocket. The bag also has a short top handle and fitted shoulder straps. Inside, you'll also find another zip pocket and four patch pockets to boot.

Ally Capellino Frances Wax Small Rucksack

For a backpack that might easily be mistaken for a tote in other circumstances, check out this small backpack from Ally Capellino. Selling for $307 at Far Fetch, this style comes in a dark grey and has a front pocket with a black leather buckle fastening and silver studs, short black fabric handles, and long adjustable shoulder straps. You'll find the brand's logo on the rear. It sits higher than most backpacks, only coming down to the mid-back.

Matt and Nat Meryl Japanese Paper Backpack

This option comes in black or dark blue corduroy and sells for $165. The backpack has an eye-catching look, as it's made of Japanese paper reinforced by a recycled plastic bottle lining. Other than that, it looks like a fairly standard backpack, with a drawstring top, flap closure and side zip pockets with buckle accents.

If you want a really high end designer backpack this season, check out the Alexander Wang Marti Backpack, which sells at Forward by Revolve for $870. This style has a leopard print leather body with suede trim and a soft fabric lining. You'll find very modern shoulder straps that are removable or can be zipped together to make a single shoulder strap. The bag has a flap closure with snap buttons, a belted opening and both interior and exterior zip pockets.
