Wall Push-Ups

This is a simple way to work on and define your chest. Stand facing the wall, starting about one to two feet away from it. Put your hands out a little wider than shoulder width. Once you're ready, bend your elbows and lower yourself toward the wall, keeping your body straight and rigid throughout. Push yourself back up and repeat. You can make this more challenging by changing the relative distances.

Dips

You can easily improve your triceps with this simple workout. Find a low chair to start and put your hands on the edge of the chair facing outward. Put your feet flat on the floor about two feet in front of you, so that you're only supporting yourself with your hands. Now begin the exercise by bending your arms to dip your body lower, and then push back up; you should feel this strongly in your triceps. Repeat as necessary.

Calf Raises

This simple exercise can quickly improve the definition and musculature of your calves. Stand on the edge of a stair on the balls of your feet, so that your heel extends over the edge. Keep your knees tight and bend at the ankles to lower your heels. You should feel a stretch through your calves. Reverse back up and repeat. You can make this tougher by adding weight and eventually doing it one leg at a time.
