This simple ceiling fixture comes in either silver or gold and has a white cased glass body with a circular bulb cover that hangs lower than the hardwired fixture. If you're really looking for a space age style modern light fixture, look no further than the 5231 model from YLighting. The fixture retails for $1,510 but now sells for $1,208 at YLighting. This oversized glass shade has a semi flush mount and hangs down from the ceiling, floating from above like a UFO. You can choose from Satin Nickel, Brushed Brass, Chrome and Old Bronze finishes, as well as two sizes.
Velocity
Velocity carries a bohemian modern style in the Cerno Lighting Claudo Pendant Lamp, which sells for $350. This LED light fixture is American built and has a rectangular body with a walnut wood grain wash, bold cutouts along the body and a thin wire that hangs from the ceiling.
