While occasionally effective, chemical-based solutions to thicker hair can be dangerous and unhealthy. Fortunately, there are plenty of ways to achieve thicker hair without having to use chemically-laden products, most of which are completely natural and cost little to no money to implement.

B Vitamins

In today’s hectic world, it’s not uncommon for people to have a B vitamin deficiency. While this can surely be a problem when it comes to thinning hair, it is preventable by simply taking a supplement. B vitamin supplements are available in a variety of different forms, including a special combination known as B complex. Strive to take a B vitamin on a daily basis in order to keep your hair thick and full.

Aerobic Exercise

Many people don’t realize that aerobic exercise can have a massive impact on the thickness of one’s hair. Exercising on a regular basis will increase circulation, which in turn can improve hair thickness. As a result, you should try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise 3-5 times per week, preferably more if possible. Regular aerobic exercise will not only improve the thickness of your hair, but will help to improve your cardiovascular health as well.

Loss Excess Weight

If you are overweight and are experiencing hair loss, one of the best ways to regain the thickness of your hair is to simply get in shape and loss weight. As being overweight can cause your capillaries to clog up, it isn’t uncommon for circulation to be limited, which leads to thinning hair. By losing weight, you can improve your circulation and encourage hair growth. Always talk to a doctor before attempting to lose weight, even if you are confident in your plan.
