For women with short curly hair, you can style it up a lot more than you might think, in spite of your length. If your hair is wispy enough, you can wear it loose or even dress it up with clips, barrettes or even a fashionable headband. Any of these will pull your hair back in an elegant style that sweeps it away from your face. In the case of a headband, it can even frame your face beautifully.
Longer curly hair is a bit more difficult to manage at times, but you have a lot more options for styles. Consider wearing your hair all loose and brushing and styling it in a slightly different fashion. Maybe you have a natural part in the middle of your head, but why not try something new and create a new one on one side or the other? Sweep your hair over, more toward the side and play it up by using gel and a good quality round brush. Allow your hair to air dry, as this will also produce the best results with your style.

Pull it back and set the clip to the upper back portion of your head for an elegant yet simple and comfortable style.
