While replacing the water pump on your Jeep, you may have to dispose of the used antifreeze drained from the cooling system. Used engine coolant, or antifreeze is considered a hazardous waste. Even the newer, less toxic, extended use coolant becomes contaminated with heavy metals during use. Unless you intend to put the old stuff back in the cooling system, you will need to locate a recycling location. The manufacturer or rebuilder of the replacement pump most likely recommends the use of new or recycled coolant, and this recommendation should be taken to heart. The parts store that sells you the new or rebuilt water pump may be able to accept your used antifreeze for recycling.
