Anyone who watches Burn Notice understands the attraction of Michael Weston’s sunglasses. Chic, sharp and uber-trendy, his shades make him look, for lack of a better word, cool. A few stores sell the same style of sunglasses worn throughout the series. Use the guide below to find out where to buy Michael Weston sunglasses so you can ramp up your coolness factor.
The Real Deal
Michael Weston’s sunglasses throughout the entire series are smallish, boxy aviators with bronze tinted glass, light brown tips and a gold frame called Victory 55 by Oliver Peoples. They do not have that dip on the bottom like the trendy aviators this season, but the square style suits his face better. They look best with a thin, narrow face, otherwise they look too small. Retail price on the original is 400 dollars, but plenty of places sell look-alikes for much less.

This online retailer has sunglass styles for all of the characters from Burn Notice and incredibly authentic Michael Westen styles. Make sure you search for the Polarized Cognac version, as they are the most authentic. The shades have gold plated metal frames, spring loaded temple (the bit that connects the front to the sides), polarization and 100% UV protection. Pick up the 55mm size to get the closest match, but if you have a larger face go for the 58 mm. Best of all, it is under 50 dollars. The Burn Notice forums on USA agree that this is the best version for the best price. They also have a black or bronze tinted version with plain metal frames for less than 25 dollars.
Armani Exchange
Do not panic about the price, the “Exchange” part of the name means it is not the thousand-dollar designer collection. A subset of the Armani empire, the Exchange is an affordable line of clothing and accessories that includes a pair of Rectangle Aviator Sunglasses. You can buy these at department stores, including Macy’s, and they have a metal frame with the logo on both sides. Pick them up in the silver for a lighter take on the sunglasses or go for the black and bronze if you want to match the style a bit more. They do not have the original bronze and gold combination found on the show. Currently the price is 65 dollars.

Another online boutique, the Warehouse, has a silver framed version with silver or grey tinted glass. Once again the price is great, fewer than 20 dollars, and it is billed as “Similar to a style worn by Michael Westen." The metal frame has spring loaded temples and 400 UV protection. While they are not the same color as the ones from Burn Notice, all of the reviewers say that the style is exactly the same.
Victory Peoples
If you have 400 dollars to spare and are a die-hard fan, head over to the website and search through the Men’s Collection for the Victory 55. They do not have the same color scheme but these are the exact same glasses. All have silver frames with dark black or navy tinted shades.
