Where to Buy Vans Sunglasses

Vans is a California based maker and distributor of extreme sportswear that has recently branched into the sunglass market very successfully as their glasses are affordable, yet stylish. While Vans is most known for its skateboarding products, it also makes BMX shoes, snowboarding gear and surf equipment. Started near the beach in the 60's, Vans is closely associated with west coast skate culture, so much so that you might get called a "poser" if you wear Vans and don't know how to skate. In recent years, Vans has gained recognition for their sunglasses, which embody California cool. No matter where you live, you shouldn't have a hard time getting your hands on a pair.
Nearly every skate shop carries Vans products. Vans is indisputably the most popular skate brand in the world and is the only one to cross over into non-skate fashion as well. If your town or city has a skate culture -- which nearly every city now does -- call up your local skate shop and ask if they carry sunglasses; if Vans supplies the shop, they nearly positively have the shades as well. If that doesn't work out, your next best bet is to call up a few department stores, some of which carry limited amounts of Vans products. However, you may be better off searching online, where you'll find a much wider selection of sunglasses, without the benefit of being able to see them in person. While Vans sunglasses are remarkably cheap, you might find even lower prices if you search on secondary markets like eBay, where retailers often clear out large inventories of overstocked products. If you're still having trouble, just ask a local skateboarder or two; chances are, they're nicer than they look!
