A great New Years is in your future if you know where to find New Year’s Eve party packages. When you live in a big city or even a small town, it can often feel like everyone else knows about the cool parties and events to go to. This sentiment is at its most intense as New Year's Eve approaches and everyone wants to go to at least one big party. In most places, clubs and restaurants throw blowout parties with packages that include drinks, dancing and the promise of a good time. You can impress your friends by finding some of the best New Year's Eve party packages in your area.

To start off, do a bit of research at sites focused on your city or town, such as your local newspaper's website or neighborhood magazines. In these locations, many event promoters will provide listings about NYE party packages. As December goes on, you're likely to see signs around town about such events, however, be mindful of the popularity of different events, as some will quickly sell out, especially at high end clubs with open bars and big names showing up. If you have a favorite restaurant or bar in town, call a month or two before the big night and find out if they're planning on offering a New Year's Eve party package. By doing so, you might be able to get in on it before the package is offered to the general public, and might even convince the party planner to give you a sweetheart deal on the package if you buy it in a large group with all of your friends.
In the last few weeks before New Year's Eve, you may notice that some party packages are being advertised more intensely, perhaps on the radio, Internet or at discount sites like Groupon or DailyCandy. If this is the case, you may want to steer clear, as they probably won't be the happening places to be!
