Linden Hall was founded in 1746 and is the oldest girls’ boarding school in the United States. It focuses on the 4 C’s of Curriculum, Character, Culture, and Conditioning. The school provides education to girls in grades 6-12 as well as a post-graduate year. Of their 210 students, 80% are boarders. The school is located in Central Pennsylvania, in Lititz, a town in Lancaster County. There are two scholarships available – the Community Scholarship for local day students and the Headmaster’s Scholarship for boarders. Applicants for either scholarship must take a test to qualify.
