In a large soup kettle or Dutch oven, brown beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. This was soooo YUMMMY!!!!! I did make a few changes only because I wanted more veggies. I'm sure it would have been good without the changes, too. I added cabbage, carrots, frozen peas, garden green beans, and a can of mixed veggies. I would never have thought to try the onion soup mix. It allrecipes.com |
