I was just watching the Bela Lagasse show on the Food Network. Tonight he prepared ribs on his indoor grill, but first brought them to a boil in a dutch oven and then simmered them for 15 minutes. I am sure boiling removes some of the fat, but wouldn't it also adversely affect the flavor. I just forum.cookshack.com |
